The Podere Forte bottle is based on the golden ratio or “divine proportion” which, in mathematics and the figurative arts indicates the relationship that is the foundation for the harmony found in nature. The geometric construction of these proportional ratios can be seen in the characteristic and recognisable shape of the bottle, which gives an immediate family feeling to the estate’s various products. The packaging uses two elements: firstly a personal bottle, and secondly specific labels displaying the personality of each wine.

The bottle is neither a Bordeaux nor a Burgundy shape, but unique and patented.

The bottle’s shoulder (the curve) is a homage to the curve of Brunelleschi’s cupola for Florence Cathedral.

The bottle has been made lighter and the labels are printed on 100% recycled paper.
