Uniting flavour and tradition, Pasta Vitaleta is an expression of Italy’s culinary and gastronomic art.
From the fields of the famous Vitaleta Chapel to the lands of the Gladiator, we cultivate and harvest the ancient, vigorous, “Senatore Cappelli” durum wheat. From it we make Pasta Vitaleta, strictly organic, a representative of Italian culture, with a beautifully authentic flavour. We produce four types of pasta: Spaghetti, Mezze Maniche, Rigatoni and Fettuccelle.
