It explores the energy of the soils of Podere Forte and its biodynamic cultivation. Brilliant ruby red colour and a fresh, clean nose with sour black cherry hints and a touch of iodine. Elegant, with citrus notes. On the palate, grippy but very elegant, with pleasant tannins that make it very drinkable, and a savoury, mineral finish.
