Our oil, with its emerald colour that renders any table beautiful, carries the message of ancient traditions passed down through the generations.
Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio are the ancient varieties from which we produce our extra-virgin olive oil, which is certified DOP Terre di Siena. We carry on the tradition at Podere Forte, using organic and biodynamic agricultural methods, from managing the olive groves and harvesting the olives through to cold-pressing the fruit. The oil has a fruity aroma, the colour is an explosion of gold with emerald green lights, and the palate is delicate, with a pleasantly bitter, peppery finish.
